UI glitch

Hello, my sims 4 has a UI glitch where at the top of my screen there is green over my UI. I've tried re-downloading the game and i've also tried restarting my sims 4 from scratch (RIP 52/100 babies) ...

The latest Sims 4 update DELETED ALL MY MODS with zero warning. Years of custom content—gone. If you use mods, TAKE YOUR MODS FOLDERS OUT FIRST , because clearly the game can’t be trusted to leave it...
