Unable to access the infants teeth options in CAS.

I think I have clicked on every available part of my infants head to try to access the teeth option and all I get is the hair, hats and accessories menu. As you can see in the photo below.

And I find this issue really weird because I share this console with 2 other people and 1 of the other accounts have no issues with this but the other 2 of us do.

    @PhoenixScorpion To be sure, this is a new Sim your trying not editing an existing one ?

    Yes, this is a new Sim. She was born after the infant update.

      @PhoenixScorpion If you create one from scratch in CAS, do you have the option there ? Which option are you using to take this Sim to CAS ?

      Honestly I haven't tried creating one from scratch.  This infant is from an existing household. She's actually the first one born after the update. I  just used the plan outfit option after she aged up from a newborn.

        @PhoenixScorpion Try 'Change Sim' instead. You might even need to use cas.fulleditmode to edit this part.
