@Lehmoncake Just to confirm, when you removed the Mods folder, did you also delete the localthumbcache file?
I did remove it!
@Lehmoncake If you play as a Landlord who came with the pack and owns a property, does it work?

How do I find tool, like where do I look, I'm just confused
@TerricaKenee TOOL Mod is the name of a mod by TwistedMexi. For players who didn't update it, it's one possible cause of this error. It's not the only cause, though! Check Broken/Updated Mods for many mods that have been updated since the Dec. 5 patch. If you don't play with anything in the Mods folder, please let us know.
So it wouldn’t let me configure the units so I updated all my mods and it works but vacancies doesn’t show in the business tab
@Ggrant05 Head over to this Bug Report thread: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/FR-Property-ownership-not-recognized-in-owned-rental-tab/td-p/13290834 There might be workarounds in it.
@luthienrising I started a new save file (removed my old The Sims 4 folder completely and started a new folder) and then it works, but if I move my old save file to the new folder, it doesn't work anymore. Even when I still have no mods etc...
@Marit0710 That's not a mod issue in your case but some kind of game issue, then. I'd suggest posting fresh in Game Issues to see if someone there can figure out why one save shows it and the other doesn't. Tell them you tested without mods. Screenshots help, and so does having a copy of the save available that someone there can look at.

Did anyone figure out what the problem is?? I have played this save with no mods and I can never get it to work. Please, my other save is already fudged from this GRIM event, so this is my last resort save.
