Unable to shrink and raise objects

Hello! Im having trouble using shrinking items in sims, and raising them. Ive used "9" to raise objects earlier, but now as soon as I press "9" the object and screen moves to a different location on the lot. Ive seen all over the internet that I can shrink objects by pressing shift+[ , but that just moves the object aswell.

Ive enabled cheats by writing "testingcheats true", but nothing works!

    Hey there @emilime0136,

    Awhile ago these key shortcuts changed, now you'll want to press Ctrl + 9 or 0 to move objects up and down. Resizing an object is just the [ or ] button. 

    If you still have troubles with these keys, please let me know what language your keyboard layout is in currently.

    Awhile ago these key shortcuts changed, now you'll want to press Ctrl + 9 or 0 to move objects up and down. Resizing an object is just the [ or ] button. 

    If you still have troubles with these keys, please let me know what language your keyboard layout is in currently.

    @EA_Solaire It worked with ctrl+9/0 to lower and rais, but i still cant resize objecte, ill have to press 8 or 9 then, correct?

    @emilime0136 

    It should be the [ and ] keys to resize objects, but that can be different if you're using another language keyboard. What language keyboard are you using?

    @EA_Solaire I have norwegian keyboard.
    But these two [ ] is located at the buttons of 8 and 9, but I can type them when I press AltGr+9/8.
