Unable to split household, option not showing

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When you go on your phone or computer and try to split a household
What happens when the bug occurs? Whenever i try to make my simmer move out from home... The previous option to split household isnt there. its just not there. And i reparied my game and reset it.... But nothing works.
What do you expect to see? I expect to not see the option split household...
