unable to start

My Sims 4 is unable to start. I am downloading the Sims 4 on a new different pc. So there are no old files or mods. But then I just saw that a saved backup file of the Sims 4 from my old pc is still saved here on this computer. I tried to delete it. and it cannot be deleted. I tried to at least move it to a different file location and it still did not work. it is still unable to start ://

    Hey @royce5003 can you ensure that all mods and any save files are removed and then try again.

    That error means either there is an issue with a mod or a save file has been saved with mod content and cannot launch now.
