Could you give some more details on the first issue ? Do you mean they walk all the way to the spawn point and then go to class from there (aka taking forever) or do they never go to class at all ?

I've only been getting the bike glitch on the library lot. I only tried to send a sim to class from the library lot once and they walked all the way to the pub spawn point but it took most of the class time and never sent them to class. When I send sims home from the library lot they walk all the way to the pub spawn point before being sent home.
