Vampire Pack Broken

So I recently (accidentally) did something to my game that caused it to need some minor repairs (I tried moving my library to my D drive and lost saves and mods) Anyways, when I went back on to try out the game one of my packs started acting up. The Vampires game pack appears to be broken and I'm not in a rush to fix it as I don't use it though It will be annoying when I see NPC looking broken cause of a CAS item. Does anyone know of any ways to repair it or have had this problem?
