Vampire sims won't drink autonomously

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? City Living, Dine out, Bowling Night Stuff, My Wedding Stories, Parenthood, Realm of Magic, Vampires, Laundry Day Stuff, Tiny Living
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? There are no steps they just won’t drink automatically from inventory or from anywhere outside of it. They will continue to starve until I manually do it. And I play with full autonomy on.
What happens when the bug occurs? They won’t drink.
What do you expect to see? Them drinking without me telling them to do so
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes, never had any problems. I don't even remember the last time they drank auto I've played Vampires for years. Just recently went through my mods/cc and deleted anything broken with the help of Sims 4 Studio. Still same thing. All cc and mods are compatible (to my knowledge everything works)
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
Have read several articles and most say even reinstalling does nothing, removing CC does nothing, and a lot are left unsolved. The only one that made sense to me was this one.
Main programs running in the background are Discord, Chrome, Origin, Spotify.
Others taking up the most memory/CPU are,,, Antimalware Service Executable, Cortana, NVIDIA, OVR, Windows Explorer, Tablet Service (drawing tablet) but not currently drawing anything, and a bunch of other stuff. if anyone wants screenshots just ask. I'm just so confused and I searched for a mod to help, but there's nothing for it. Basically, I'm stuck with it and will probably make fake vampires (red eyes, no aging) which I've been doing, but I miss the mechanics of the pack and switched back. Just very annoying.
My main mods: WW (yes, I'm sorry), Slice of Life, MCCC, Daily Save, LGBT mod (pimpmysims4), Daylight Ring, No murphy bed deaths, Open Love Life.
I think I might have "stop auto travelling by bat" as well. I will remove the Daylight ring and no auto bat since it affects Vampires and see what happens.
