Very Weird Build Mode Glitch

I am suddenly getting this glitch in build mode- it's almost like the layers are all on top of one another. Build mode still works, I just can't see clearly, and have to move my mouse around until the right options pops up. What do I do?! This is driving me insane.

I do not have any mods, only a handful of custom content in build mode and for CAS.
