Vets do not show up to Clinic

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Everything except Seasons, Jungle Adventure, Vampires, bowling, spooky stuff, and the free stuff. No mods.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Hire vets and then open the vet clinic or play as another family and take your pet to the vet.
What happens when the bug occurs? No vet employees show up. I have no way to treat a sick dog because the machine is also out of wellness treats and the vets just do not show up. I have not hired new vets recently; they are the vets I have been using.
What do you expect to see? I expect there to be vets when I show up to the clinic as a patient, and for them to show up when running the clinic.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. The recent Seasons patch that I just installed a day or 2 ago.
