walls and fences are flickering when they are drawn

The issue I'm having is a flicker when drawing a wall or a fence. As shown in the video I attached, I am trying to draw a wall across the room, but it flickers in another direction. It started a whil...

Thanks. I asked some people who spend a lot more time in build mode than I do, and they say it's fairly normal. Sometimes they shift the camera to make sure that things are ending up where they want.
