Wants and fears
I turned off wants and fears in gameplay and it still shows it off, but my Sims are often very angry and stomping around. I've removed all mods and it's still happening so that's not it. It's ruining...

Are you playing a werewolf? Being angry is not related to wants & Fears.
They do get angry if their wants aren’t met.
