Wants not showing

A desire panel and a list of carriers were not displayed.

Your results indicate that a mod is causing the problem. You need to find the mod causing the issue. First, click on "The Sims 4 Mods & Custom Content" at the top of this thread to go to the top page of the Mods & Custom Content section, and start from "Mod and CC Issues: START HERE" on the right side. Unfortunately, I'm not very knowledgeable about mods/CC, so this is as far as I can guide you. If you're unfamiliar with mods/CC, please read the many mod/CC-related articles compiled by luthienrising.

I tested the folder with new data, but it didn't succeed.

Was that happen before mods folder back in new Sims 4 folder or after?

Occurs after more enters the new folder. Also, can I fix the fact that SiM is not displayed?
