Water Emitters no water!!!

Hello simmers, I was trying to build a waterfall for my pond. When I place my water emitters, there is no water. Is this a glitch? Can i fix this on my own? Someone help!!!!!

    I had the same issue. I moved it in build mode. Still didn’t work. But I clicked on the emitter and soon after it started working. Not exactly sure which one helped but it did come on after about 30 seconds
