WCIF Black Lily Dress

Hey I asked this in the General Discussion board but I thought I'd ask here too. So quite a while ago I found a dress from the Black Lily skin for Widowmaker on Overwatch I found it on Maxis Match World CC but I don't know the original creator, I scrolled past but I regretted not getting it so I went back but couldn't find it, I searched but I couldn't find it anywhere so I was wondering if anyone knows where I could find it or if I just literally imagined it.
