I believe it is from the game not cc , idk maybe a very similar one

It is from the original game , i believe seasons

Last night while creating a sim (the young lady in the yellow outfit in my avatar) I noticed on the darker EA skin tones the color just looks extremely drab. Does anyone know where I can find some skin tones that give life in the coloring, especially in the darker tones?
