Thank you for the request @Erasimus. I am disabled and this is a really fun way for me to fill my time.
I found one psychology/psychiatry/therapy specific pose with a couch by a simmer named Queendarylo/Ms Paradox but, I couldn't find a working link. Both of the Tumblrs have been deactivated and although some of their poses are still floating around on various CC Find sites with working ad-fly links, I couldn't nail this particular pose down. I even tried the wayback machine and couldn't locate a working link.
You could try looking around at Lana's CC finds for something you could use instead. They have a huge pose section.
