Weight Mod?

Does anyone know if there is a mod to stop sims from gaining weight/muscle? I make my sims how I want them to look but then they start to gain weight so I have them work out but then they get muscles and it's just annoying to keep up with.

    I found a mod that can slow down weight gain, but I'm not sure how to stop it entirely. Try having your sims eat healthier foods (like garden salad) and see if they still gain weight. Mod Download: https://modthesims.info/d/603543/faster-slower-weight-loss-weight-gain-and-muscle-gain.html
