Weird swimming & swim style not changing
Hi l have mods (ww, basemental, better exceptions & iu cheats) plus a handful of cc and my game runs fine except the swimming. My sim has maxed the skill (not cheated) but still swims like level 1? A...

I unchecked ‘enable cc & mods’ went into my game and he still uses the level 1 swim with max fitness skill 🤷♀️
do you think it’s worth trying a whole new save with entirely vanilla game??
*edited to add that l played a vanilla game and his sim swim style didn’t change? I have Sims 4 on ps5 also and that sim has an Olympic style front crawl at the higher levels. The only difference, apart from mods obvs is that the game on ps5 has Island living (are the different strokes base game?)
other than that I’m stumped 🤷♀️
- @liseylooloo Not really sure if you need Island living for the swim style. It's possible .. IIRC that's the time they introduce the newer strokes but I don't know if they are exclusive to the pack or not.
Can you test the same Sim on console (uploading to the gallery/download on console) and see if he does it properly there ?Yeah I did that and he swims with a front crawl 😒 think maybe the swim style is an Island Living thing?
