werewolves glitched when I make existing sim into one

Whenever I use a cheat to turn sims into a werewolf it causes their werewolf form to look glitched. I thought the update would fix this because they added the ability to change an existing sims into occults in cas without cheats but when I do they still turn out the same way, it happens to every sim i do it too with or without cc on. Not sure if this is the right place to complain but when I got to ea answers and "the sims 4" it gave me a link to this website.
