My sim lags, thesims4 doesn't repair.

I put cc on four sims, it all was perfect until i got in game, one of the sims had little patterns on all of it's body, covering his clothes too, but it only affected one sims and not the others, and its not the skin because, ex, in the sleeping clothing in-game, it doesn't have those weird patterns, so i wonder what is it. Plus, now, i'm trying to repair thesims4 but it doesn't work, like there's a virus, anyway, i understand nothing.

  • For the broken Sim, please do a "vanilla" test to find out if the problem is caused by broken CC/mods:  Drag the Mods folder to the desktop and rename it, delete the file called localthumbcache, open the game to test, and exit without saving.

For the update access issue, please go to tech support: Category: The Sims 4 | EA Forums

Go to the folder above the one you want to move. Click on the folder you want to move (like you would a file) and drag it to where you want it to go. Rename it anything you want to.

When you restart the game, you'll have a new Mods folder where the old one had been. And on your desktop you'll have your old one with the mods in it.
