when i go into sims 4 it closes automatically not letting me play the game

I logged on to Sims 4 like any other day, but then when i saw sims 4 logo it suddently closed down. Everytime I try to play the game it closes automatically, can someone please help?

I have the same problem as this person, but I dont have any mods or cc. I've tried uninstalling many times, and nothing worked.
