Whenever i save and close the game, i can't launch it again

Hi.

for the last couple of days i've had tons of problems with my game not launching and i got some help here in a forum and the game worked again but now that i've started playing again it's still bugging. i can play the game and all that but then when i save and close the game i can't launch it again afterwards. it doesn't happen if i close the game and don't save it. but then i figured out that after saving and closing, there's some new files in the sims folder and i tried removing them and then i could play again but they just pop up again everytime i save and close the game.

I've attached a screenshot of the folder, showing the files that i remove to play the game again (lastexception, lastcrash and localthumbcache)

is there any way to make those files not affect my game? i fell like just deleting them isn't gonna work out forever.
