Why is cas.fulleditmode not working

My cas.fulleditmode isn’t working, i’ve looked at other peoples posts about this and I haven’t been able to find anything that works I’ve tried debug options I’ve tried with and without the cheat. testingcheats on, testingcheats true. So if anyone could help me out and help me figure out what’s going on, it would be greatly appreciated.

    The cheat works for me.  But it has to be entered into the command line window before you go to CAS.  It won't work if you enter it while in CAS.  So, try entering it either in live mode, Manage Worlds, or at the map, then go to CAS.  You do not need to have testingcheats on for it to work.

    @0OllieIsCool0 Maybe you need to activate cheats first? Open console write testingcheats true press enter then write cas.fulleditmode and press enter. Now you can change the character as you like.

    @0OllieIsCool0 

    After using the cheat and entering CAS, are you seeing the fitness and body sliders when you click on a sim?  They don't show up until you click on a sim, otherwise, they don't show up.  If you see them and can use them, then the cheat is active.

    You should also get more options, like body shape when you click on the tattoo button.  If the cheat is not active, you only get tattoos but if it is active, you get several other choices.

    i was able to get it to work but my problem is when i try to change a relationship. So i have to change my character (adult) to be the daughter of an other character, she did used to be but i had a problem and had to remove her so now she no longer is. When i go in CAS with the cheat, i can modifie everyon and everything expect her, ex: i can modify her to be the sister or fiancée of an other adult that raised her, but i cant modifie her relationship with her siblings or parents, HELP PLEASSEEEEEEEEE!!!

    Literally what you can do is go to manage households and go to the two arrows. Where are you will see pen icon then you can edit the sim of your preference
