Game will not open on Mac (in need of desperate help!)
I haven’t touched the sims in about 5 months but I finally have found the time to get back into it again and I have spend around 3 days updating all of my mods in a system I have been doing for years. I play on a MacBook Pro 2021 and it’s no gaming computer but it’s been working well all this time. Today after finally getting everything in order, I go to open the game and it will not open. After a while it tells me there is a problem with my mods and game files are missing and so on. I consider myself a junior pro so I then get to work on figuring out the issue. I’ve deleted the cache, repaired the game, restated my computer, redownloaded the game, and batch tested my mods. Nothing seems to work! The game will only run when I completely remove all mods, saves, and tray. When I batch tested It would run with one or two tiny, tool mods but then would stop with any real one. This is extremely frustrating I appreciate any way anyone can help. Thank you!
