Why won't my Gallery profile picture update to match my EA pfp??

Ok, so on the EA website I changed my profile picture and when I open the EA app, it shows the new pfp. But, when I go into the sims 4, my gallery profile picture is the same as before. It's really bugging me. I mean, there's nothing wrong with my previous pfp, I'd just prefer to have the new one displayed on my gallery profile.
