anyways i keep trying to visit a place in the sims 4 example:coffe shop;community lot etc but its always stuck since 5 days i have tried everything and removing mods i have problem with but still no...

@alessiaey Can you please test again as follows, including removing the stated cache file, and see if the issue remains;
Exit the game. Move the Mods folder from your "The Sims 4" folder [Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4] to your desktop (save it for reference) and delete the localthumbcache.package file in your “The Sims 4” folder. Then check in a new game save to see if this issue is still occurring. You can test without saving. If the issue is gone without any of the Mods/CC and the cache file, then re-add the Mods/CC a little at a time until you find which is causing the issue.
worked for a day then stopped working idk what to do😞
@alessiaey So... did it work when you followed those directions to test with the Mods folder removed to your desktop and the mentioned cache file deleted? If you do all of that again (and don't re-add your Mods folder, so it has no Mods or CC in the game), then run a game repair (just in case), and then re-enter your game now, start a new game save, and enter that game save, is the issue gone there?
Note: Tagging @luthienrising, the resident pro-at-Mods/CC questions gal! She may have suggestions, as oftentimes there can be peripheral aspects that I don't follow with Mods/CC issues.@alessiaey When it stopped working again, had you put any mods or CC back in, or where you still playing with an empty mods folder?
i didnt delete any of my cc or mods cause i have bb expection mod that helps look for cc or mods that make your game stop working and it didnt tell me anything so.. was i supposed to delete all m mods and cc cause my save file is rlly important
@alessiaey Better Exceptions doesn't cover every possible issue, especially CC, and is not a substitute for vanilla testing.
