Hey! To find out what each thing does, you can use the Tuning Description documentation (TDESC). With it you can find every type of a tuning file and each variable with hopefully a helpful explanation.
The quickest way to get to it would be to use the Lot 51 TDESC Browser -> https://lot51.cc/tdesc
Alternatively you can download TDESC published by Maxis and use the TDESC Browser on Windows by Scumbumbo -> https://forums.thesims.com/en_US/discussion/991992/1-77-131-tdescs & https://modthesims.info/d/618199/ts4-tuning-description-browser-windows-only.html
