Young Ghosts Return fans. I'm releasing one more hotfix update that I'm quickly playtesting right now to fix CAS Ghost options on fairies only showing emotional starvation death. I picked ones that fairies can normally die from though to keep it more in line with the normal game. Expect it on mod the sims soon before the patch comes out. Edit. Out now. Enjoy.
