Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? In build mode press W and Z in build mode
What happens when the bug occurs? In build mode, When pressing W the screen should move around the lot but instead it zooms in. When I press Z the screen should zoom in but instead it moves around the lot.
What do you expect to see? When I press W it should move around the lot and when I press Z it should zoom in

Please describe the patch or change you made. It still occurs without mods.
I only recently installed mods. This has been occurring to me long before I installed mods. Its a very annoying bug. It also happens in live mode as well, when I start up the game after a break its fine but it initially starts when Ièm in build buy mode for an extended period of time.
Are you sure your keyboard layout and regional settings are correct?
Because what you're describing sounds exactly like the game thinks you're using an AZERTY keyboard instead of a QWERTY keyboard layout - on an AZERTY keyboard, the W and Z keys are in the opposite places.
