Zerbu World Type Change Mod Problem

I have downloaded Zerbu World Type Change Mod to turn Granite Falls to destination. It worked fine at first when I built a house and moved in a household. However, when I entered the house next time, the household have been replaced by other sims (auto-populated in other words) and their house became empty, all furnitures, build items gone.

Does anyone has this issue before? I would be grateful if someone offers help :) :) :)
