It's back on the list as broken, and I'm going to update how it's broken now that there are more reports.

Is this still broken for anyone else? I keep trying and it look like it works but the game just freezes when I enter build mode. I have to crash out of the game. So frustrating as I love having Sims live in the vacation worlds - I don't go there otherwise.
