“Missing Blueprint” error when placing lot.

I just finished remodeling 1 Torendi Tower in San Myushuno. I saved the lot to my gallery but when I try to place it i get an error that says “ Missing blueprint” in red and the penthouse does not get placed. I did use a good amount of custom art from the gallery in the build. Could that be a problem? Also has anyone else had this problem or know a fix ?
