50x50 lot in Willow Creek won't load

Lately, I have a lot in Willow Creek that's 50x50 that just won't load. On another save, it worked just fine. But with my main save it won't work. It tells me to restart my game, even though I've already done so. Multiple times. I've never used mods before and I've restarted my game multiple times now. I don't know what else to do. Has anyone ever experienced this before? Is there someone in Maxis or on The Sims team who can help? If so, please by all means, help me! I'm scared that part of my game might be broken and I don't know when the next update will be. And I'm also afraid for one of my households who don't have a house that can safely be loaded anymore. And I really, REALLY don't want to have to start my save all over again. 😔😢

    Could you post a picture of the exact error you're getting ?

    Do you have any LastException files in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 ?

    • Delete the ones you have
    • Trigger the error again
    • Check if new ones are created
    •  If that is the case, please copy/paste the content here. You can open the file with any text editor.

    Deleting the file won't fix your issue. Posting the info is meant for troubleshooting.

    I'm actually an Xbox console player. And while I can't get a picture right now, I will say that I would occasionally get a pop up saying that it failed to upload and that it's recommended that I restart my game, which I tried, but had no luck.

    Try bulldozing and replacing this lot from the map view, let me know if that clears this up for you.
