Hi there @moonstruck22,
Let's try the following steps to see if we can get your Gallery working again:
- Try a full power-cycle on your console and router/modem
- Please run through the connection guide here as well as the guide from PlayStation
- Make sure you have an active PlayStation Plus membership
- Change your DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)
- Restore the Licenses on your console
Keep me posted on how this works for you!

I don't have playstation plus but that's a paid service so it shouldn't be a requirement to access the gallery. I ran through everything else and still no access. I just get my library

Is your PSN ID properly linked up to your EA account? You can check that by following the steps here.
Does your EA or PSN account have any age or parental restrictions set on it? Underage accounts would not be able to access the online features for The Sims 4.
Please also be sure that your game has online features enabled:
- Press the Options/Menu Button on the controller to bring up the menu.
- Scroll down to Game Options and select it.
- Select Other at the bottom on the left
- On the right side select "Online Features Access"
- Click Apply

Access is on but it's still unavailable. It says no results found no matter what I do. I just bought a kit this morning and it downloaded and installed without any issues, so it's not a connection problem. Thanks for your help BTW 😊
