A month of error codes when saving

I had a save file on my xbox about a month ago and suddenly when my sim returned home a FULLY decorated room is now empty and I tried to save my file but an error code would pop up and delete the whole save. I just tried to do another gameplay after taking a break and it's STILL doing the same thing. If I can't play a game I spent thousands on, I want all my money back. EA do something. You can't blame it oon mods.
