A profile change has ocurred. You will be returned to the title screen.

My game has been doing this really strange thing on my Xbox one. I'll be playing my game like normal and then all of a sudden I will get this pop-up saying that my xbox live has been disconnected. That is an annoyance, but still ok. I'll continue playing. Then I may get this pop-up saying a profile change has occurred you will be returned to the title screen. I am only allowed to select ok which takes me to the title screen without the chance of saving. I have lost two games because of this! One of which I built a nice house. This doesn't happen every time I play the game and I can usually play for 15 minutes before these problems start up. I don't believe I have any issues with my internet as my connection and service is quite strong.

What do I do?
