Afraid of the Dark bug

Problem: The afraid of the dark wont go away and I tried the brave trait, the fear go away potion, the happy wish on the wishing well. I am now convinced that my sim is having an agoraphobia lol. It's annoying. I don't use cheats though, because I am trophies hunting rn.
How: It started when my sim got abducted by aliens (wish is pretty annoying by itself) and returned with the fear. I got her the fear be gone potion but the fear didn't disappear. I tried to get her to drink it again but the drink option was grayed out. Now my sim got scared just going out to pay her bills. My poor agoraphobia babe, she tried.
