I'm having with issues with my sims 4 game connection to online. Says can't connect to online. I have EA. So I don't understand why I can't connect to online. And the event for Lady bridgerton ball masquerade isn't showing neither when I open my game up. Please help.
I'm still having issues. I can't claim nothing still and now the event tab isn't up at all when I logged in on my Xbox to see if it's fixed. I'm soo sad .

Have you tried a full restart on your console and router/modem?
