No matter what I do, restart, delete and reinstall nothing seems to work. I play sims on Xbox and I was looking forward to playing the new update. I keep getting stuck at the loading screen like this and the loading music just stops.
I have the same problem these days. It worked last night (i restored license, delete the game) and today it’s not loading again
We are having same issue. Please let us know when it begins working for you. I’m assuming EA will need to provide a fix with a new update. I also reported issue to Xbox so hoping for a resolution soon.
I got good news. My game finally loaded in and passed the loading screen (takes 20 mins) The bad news is the game is unplayable. I only get 10 mins of gameplay before it freezes with the music still playing. sighs…..
Frustrating! No good news yet here either. I’ll try a few things and let you know if any are successful (likely not)
Are you talking about the first loading screen when launching the game or when loading a save game?
If it's the first loading screen, that has been happening to me for month now, it will get stuck on a quarter of the way and will either take a long time until it moves or it wont move at all (just sat here waiting for an HOUR before I gave up).
For me it works when I play offline, meaning disconnect from the internet before launching the game....but that way I cant use any online features, play the events or get any sdx...

Hi Agnes, yes it’s the first loading screen after the title screen. It loads slowly and never reaches the end even after 20-30 minutes. I tried going offline once but I’ll try again.
You having this issue for a month does not give me hope that this will be resolved soon :(
I am playing on Xbox series x.
Update: I uninstalled and reinstalled the game and all dlcs and now it’s working. Fingers crossed it continues to work.
