After recent update I can’t load into the game and play Xbox one

No matter what I do, restart, delete and reinstall nothing seems to work. I play sims on Xbox and I was looking forward to playing the new update. I keep getting stuck at the loading screen like this...

We are having same issue. Please let us know when it begins working for you. I’m assuming EA will need to provide a fix with a new update. I also reported issue to Xbox so hoping for a resolution soon.

I got good news. My game finally loaded in and passed the loading screen (takes 20 mins) The bad news is the game is unplayable. I only get 10 mins of gameplay before it freezes with the music still playing. sighs…..
