What do you expect to see? will not stand still unless free will is turned off
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.

Every sim in the household will stand still and not move. When it occurs I can not switch sims. It will switch sim when the menu comes up. Please fix very annoying. It makes the game hard to play.
