First please ensure that your game is currently updated to the most recent version. If you are fully updated, let's make sure you have the Sims Delivery Tab enabled in your game settings.
From the in-game settings, head to the Sims Delivery tab -> check "Automatically Download"
So I did check for updates, it’s says that there is none, and my sims delivery is set to automatic download…? I didn’t even get the notification either?
