@simsplayer818 Hello. In the previous post I tried to write that I *am* back on Week 1 because I lost progress when game crashed. Thank you for trying to help me. This is what happened: I checked on the forum and someone mentioned that the Willow Creek mailboxes work but not "Old Rusty" mailboxes (I think that's the name). So I added a Willow Creek mailbox first and then deleted the Old Rusty one. A mail carrier showed up almost instantly, like a pop-up! Thankfully, I was able to get the Ambrosia Society Newsletter. I was finally able to finish Week 1 (again) on this system. However, all is not well. I am having a new glitch that is frustrating because I probably saved the game before discovering it. This is the revival of an older Sims 4 glitch that I witnessed firsthand when on my brother's PS4 copy of the game (in 2020/2021). This is a missing skill bar glitch, so you can see how that could affect the Reaper's Rewards and all other gameplay. I think The Sims 4 team needs to give us an additional 2 weeks for this Event. I find it to be a breeze (and fun) when my game is actually working, but following these specific instructions has broken the game more than anything else on this copy of the game anyway (PS4). It often takes days dealing with each crash or glitch! So, the mailbox issue is (probably) resolved on this system but still having issues and I have been hesitant to declare anything solved because some problems come right back in 45 minutes.
