Bug in game preventing PlayStation trophy unlocking

Game: Sims 4

Hardware: PlayStation 5

Software: PlayStation 4 version

Trophy: Over-Achiever; Have a Sim Complete 5 Aspirations 

I've had several sims complete 5 Aspirations, the most I have had one sim complete is 14 (including the four earned as a child).

The trophy has not unlocked.
