Bug in small business and hobbies

Has anyone experienced the bug where you go out (in my case, I went to terrapota to gain pottery levels) and when you try to go home, you can’t? I checked out of terrapotta, and clicked go home, but whenever my sim got home, she’d respawn at terrapotta. It happened several times before she finally got home.
