Buggy Gameplay

I  play sims 4 on my XBOX One and recently it has started being very buggy. By this I  mean my sims almost can not do anything. They cant eat because they cant open the fridge they just slam it or when they order food it is stuck to their hand. They can sleep but the sim is standing up right in the bed. Trying to play guitar is a hassle because it is not in their hands they are performing the action but the guitar itself is still in a completely different room. They cant mount to ride horses. Infants and toddlers are impossible to take care of because the adult sim just cancels the action or the child is stuck to their feet as they walk. So I  can not feed, bathe, change diaper, or put to sleep.

I    have tried creating a different save with the same family and it was still buggy. randomly generated a new family in a new save and I'm still facing the same problems. I've tried the checking of console and game updates as well but they are both up to date. Even unplugged my xbox from the wall and unplugged HDMI from the xbox/tv. I can do nothing but watch my sims die for the most part. I  do have every expansion pack, kit, and pack but they have not caused problems for me previously before now. 

Is there a solution to my problems that I  have not tried yet? If so, it would be greatly appreciated because at this point it is basically unplayable.
