Build Mode > Windows Glitching

Note: I play on the PS4 and have all the DLC except for: Get Famous, Island Living, Spa Day, Strangerville, and Luxury Party Stuff.

I have yet to see if this is an isolated issue to the lot I was building on (Brindleton Bay > Hounds Head), but when I was in the process of building on that lot I had windows glitching out really terribly. It would place fine here and there, but whenever I went to go move it and/or use the eyedropper tool on it, it would glitch and create these hovering squares/rectangles from the "glass" of the windows (similar to when you try to "raise" a mirror on a wall). Even after reloading the game (after it crashed—another big issue, I've noted), the problem still persists. I'm wondering if anyone else has had this issue?

And before I am asked, this was happening without the move.objects cheat activated. But it also still happens with it on too.
