Built restraunt on dine out but wont let me buy it

I have just bought “Dine out” on sims 4 on my PS4. I built my restraunt and replaced the park in the “city living” area. When i go to buy my restraunt it says that i cant buy an already owned or occup...

@ry_x100 this sounds like a slight bug to me. Try putting your restaurant on an already empty lot, instead of replacing one. That's what I did with my diner and my sim family was able to buy it.
